- Equipped with cutting tooling of new design which guarantee the maximum accessibility and the ability to change cutting tooling in only 10 minutes real time.
- Can be totally enclosed for sound proofing against noise pollution in the plant.
- Flexibility is also provided by the different roll discharge system available. Besides having rolls vertically discharged on a collating table, it is also possible to combine the slitter with an automatic system and have rolls horizontally discharged, ready to be conveyed to the packaging area. Of course, any other customized discharge system is available upon request.
- Offers a variety of unwind stations to satisfy any working need.
- Suitable for the processing of any kind of adhesive material (and also non-adhesive material in case of the special version NA).
- It rewinds materials on 3″ Ø cores and can also be equipped to rewind on 1,5″ and 2″ Ø cores.
- Can be equipped with three different cutting system:
– razor
– score
– shear
